Dayum, whacked the side of my head walking under my neighbor's steps to get to my car yesterday morning... it hurt but it was like "Oh damn, that hurt... " and then continue on w/ my day. Except I developed a throbbing headache on the side of my head that has only just tonite gone away. So anyway I skipped training last nite and pretty much went to bed early.

Today .. better. Still have a sore spot, but the headache is gone as long as I don't sit funny on the couch (don't ask... I've always been very sensitive to how I sit in front of the TV or how I sleep...)

Generally still holding off on free-standing leg work (e.g squats, lunges, etc.) until next Tues when I see my doc. My foot has been feeling really raw on the ball of the foot. The good news is that I don't feel anything painful from where the original torn flexor plate. I have a little bit of numbness on the tip of the toe and where the stitches are. It looks great, just a little bit of swelling on the ball of the foot.

candy ?? that ain't no candy. That is the most delicious kind of biscuit you will ever lay your teeth into now I just hope Sassy had the patience to follow my recommendation of putting them in the fridge for an hour or so before indulging

I"m at the point where I have to wait for the next one... its like when you wait for your fav author to get another book out, you run out, buy it, read it, and then have to wait another year or two until the next one comes out.. I always hate the last 10 pages cuz I know its almost all over....
