Dayum, whacked the side of my head walking under my neighbor's steps to get to my car yesterday morning... it hurt but it was like "Oh damn, that hurt... " and then continue on w/ my day. Except I developed a throbbing headache on the side of my head that has only just tonite gone away. So anyway I skipped training last nite and pretty much went to bed early.
Today .. better. Still have a sore spot, but the headache is gone as long as I don't sit funny on the couch (don't ask... I've always been very sensitive to how I sit in front of the TV or how I sleep...) Generally still holding off on free-standing leg work (e.g squats, lunges, etc.) until next Tues when I see my doc. My foot has been feeling really raw on the ball of the foot. The good news is that I don't feel anything painful from where the original torn flexor plate. I have a little bit of numbness on the tip of the toe and where the stitches are.
