After you learn it you'll have to write it out for me. I have a little bit of stomach left that I'm trying to get rid of. I've turned into cardio queen, but anything new that would help is always great. I love learning new things too!

A good 16 weeks is PERFECT. 24k and I both did it if I remember correctly.
I've bulked every year since 2005 and I think I'm done.

I know I need more muscle for pro Figure so I may just have a change of heart with where I fit into competing altogether. We'll see.

Too much too soon, usually = more fat along with the LBM, so it makes the cut SLOWER the 2nd time around.

At least this is very common with the females.

hellllllllllllllllllo WW's journal. How are you today? lonely, yeah I haven't been around haha!

Yesterday I did QUADS only, well I know I hit my hams too but solely focusing on the quads. I did some of those OH squats, but not like that fitchick. I used a 40pd barbell.. never did them, so I wanted to work on my form.

I did about 5 sets of each exercise 12-20, so my quads were pumped and sore today. Then I did 20 minutes on the spin bike SWEATY. I took a thermorexin before I went to the gym because I slept about 3 hours the previous night and was sort of tired, so I needed the boost I did my workout though in 45 minutes by my little self, so that was good.

I think we are doing chest tonight, but haven't caught up with my workout partner he is MIA I am mad at him too lol... I hate when he doesn't return my calls.. BIG ASS SLACKER - he is in for it today. You don't want to piss a cuban off, lol...

ok well toodle loo back to getting ready to start yet another stressful day at work. I am sooooooooooooooooooo busy, will try to pop in and say hello to my lovies

Hey chickadee... thanks for stopping in. Yes spinning is fun I love it!

Things are ok over here. I am working on not much ATM... just trying to take one day at a time, eat, rest and train hard. No more shows for a long time. This last one mentally drained me and so its time for a little break. I would like to go on vacation before xmas so I may start thinking about that, but other than that, just being silly old me.

Muah I love the avy too.. I have it in bw in my album.. and its bigger lol. How can I get it bigger and bigger

you know I did them last in my workout and let me tell you.... my ass was still sore on Thursday lol. Woohoo. I don't go too heavy because I need proper coaching for this and find that even though now I am having tons of carbs my strength is lax on certain days. I feel lately that even though I am physically there mentally I need that strength to push me to go harder and or heavier. I haven't worked out with John all week lol... well he does come around and help me if I need a spot but I have been getting to the gym later and later every day so I just check in, see what he did and go to town. Its just me, my music and my muscles

I need to take up something new to bring me some interest, I need a challenge too
