Wednesday,Thursday - 10/01-02/08
Weight: ?? BF: to be tested ??? Supps: grey=didn't take them today Sesapure - 6 EFA caps - 6 Teamskip Protein Mix - 2 svgs Xtend - watermelon - sipped post wo Zinc - 1 Emergen-C multi - 0 - need to buy more. Glucorell - 3 Feosol – 0 Diuretic – 6 per day (occasionally used during mensus) Cardio: Wed: 2-15 minute walks at work. Thur: 2-15 minute walks at work. Weight Training: Wed: none Thur: 3x10 - Squats (bw +45lbs), 3x10 - Bench press - #45, 3x10 - SLD's - #45 Still have a bit of DOMS in the legs but nothing major. In tonight's workout I had a hard time keeping form, had a hard time moving the weights - basically I really struggled with every rep and every set in this workout tonight. I felt sooooo weak and who has a hard time keeping form on deads?, honestly. ![]() Diet: Diet plan 1 = Protein/Fat – 4 days Diet plan 2 = Protein/Veggies – 1 days Diet will be more like a 40/30/30 or a 40/20/40 for the next few weeks and then back to the diet rotation listed above. ![]() (Calories are around 10x body weight) Water: I have no idea Misc:

It's amazing how strong & limber little kids are. I remember seeing a gymnastics vid of a little girl around 6ish doing all kinds of mat work, on her hands.

Then they were doing their flips on the bars and she puts her upper body over the bar so that it rests in her armpits and brought her legs up parralell and just stayed there grinning and swinging..... the teach said "wow you're one strong little girl....now try to put your feet like this......" ![]() I love going to class with her. This is the last session that any adults get to go through the class with her, she moves up to the next class because her 3rd birthday is this month. I'll just have to be content sitting in the bleachers watching. ![]()

I was in bed before 9pm last night and I slept like a rock - - didn't even get up to go to the bathroom.
![]() Back is a little sore today. On a side note.......I kinda miss my diet, eating 'normal' for most people feels like an ongoing series of 'food fits' to me........weird huh? Probably go back to the diet on Monday...... thoughts?

Saturday & Sunday - 10/04-05/08

Supps:(I don't remember Saturday's so this is for Sunday) grey=didn't take them today Sesapure - 0 EFA caps - 0 Teamskip Protein Mix - 2 svgs (shorty before bedtime) Xtend - watermelon - sipped post wo Zinc - 1 Emergen-C multi - 0 Glucorell - 0 Feosol – 0 Diuretic – 6 per day (occasionally used during mensus) Cardio: Sat: Had the Grandbaby all day - does that count? ![]() Sun: none Weight Training: Sat: none Sun: 3x10-#45 Squats - just below parallel. Concentrating on my form. 2x10-#45 PushPress - I struggled with these and my form was off in the second set. 1x0-#45 PushPress - Fail! couldn't even get the bar over my head on the first rep. Not going to sacrifice my form any more than I have just to get a set done. 3x10-#45 Pendlay Rows. This is still the easiest lift I do. Diet: Diet plan 1 = Protein/Fat – 4 days Diet plan 2 = Protein/Veggies – 1 days ***I'm going back to this ^^ diet on Monday (tomorrow)*** Water: dunno Misc:
