Well I'm back home from work......really need an extra day to recoup. I'm checkin da board and then off to bed for some much needed extra rest.
I'm toying with the idea of hot n sour soup for dinner tonite - - it's not on the diet but it makes me sweat like a mofo and since I can't taste anything I won't really feel the burn. Have to wait and see how I feel after my nap(s).

Tuesday - 09/09/08 Weight: 174.5 - (weighed a few days ago & probably not close to correct since I was sick for a few days) BF: to be tested ??? I left a message at the gym to find out when someone can do the test. The lady who does it is still out from her recent surgery. The other gyms use a scale - I'm not even kidding. Supps: grey=didn't take them today Sesapure - 6 EFA caps - 3 Teamskip Protein Mix - 2 svg Xtend - watermelon - sipped pre/during/post wo Zinc - 1 Emergen-C multi - 2 packets. Glucorell - 5 Feosol – 1 Diuretic – 6 per day (used during mensus) Cardio: 60 min/3.25 miles at the track - a nice cool breeze made it very hard to keep my heartrate above 125 - I didn't sweat very much either. My pace was the fastest that I could consistently maintain and I had slathered on the YDF before I left! Weight Training: 3x5 to begin Monday 9/8/8 - will be postponed a few days - going to shoot for tomorrow night as a start. (Lifting + yogalates is my plan) Diet: Diet plan 1 = Protein/Fat – 3 days *Diet plan 2 = Protein/Veggies – 2 days Water: I'm under a gallon today but I'm still drinking. Misc: They tossed another project on my desk today that's due by 1/1/09. On a happier note, one of my other projects had zero errors on all my test files so I can move it to the next stage. I'm still sorta blah this evening, not quite 100% but I'm getting there. TOM is also due to visit this week. Nice. ![]()

Goal: to re-learn proper form and remind my body how to lift. Weight will increase in later rotations. 3x5 - BW - Squats (to parallel) 3x5 - #35 - Bench Press 3x5 - #35 - SLD's I've missed you SLD's!I'm a dork - I love to work my back. Not sure I even hear much on xtend bloating, I think it has to do with you being sick and TOM. $.02 You can always take it out til TOM is over?
