Not really. I keep eating, but the calories just isn't there. I made a few changes and it should be back up tomorrow.

GOOD FOR YOU! Stay home then for sure. Stay in tune with your body -- something is up if you're feeling that drained/exhausted/sore whatever. Nice job doing the right thing, and food for today looks GREAT (and I'm specifically referring to the macros this time, not the manicotti.. but omg, YUM!)

I make it homemade!!!! I LOVE IT! The carbs aren't so bad...fill it up with chicken...top it off with marinara sauce...put it in the oven and when it's done cooking top it with some low fat shredded cheese! I was looking for whole grain manicotti noodles, but didn't have any.

Felt the same way. I may have made it to the gym, but I did nothing but cardio. I just couldn't get my butt in gear to especially when it hurts without my briefs. Grr.... and I was hoping that the girl I was training with would help get me motivated, but she got sent home for feeling dizzy. Ah well. Sometimes you need the time off. Get back to it when you are ready.
