Nice work outs and macros!
I hear you on the asthma meds. I hope that you're on the right stuff now and that it makes a huge difference for you in a week or so! Training is challenging enough without throwing in the complication of not being able to breathe. ![]()

Protein cookies are made like Protein pancakes, only the batter is baked at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes (I believe).
1 scoop vanilla whey, 2/3 cup pumpkin puree, 2/3 cup egg whites, cinnamon as desired. You can make them as pancakes or you can do the cookies. Add in almonds or walnuts if you want for the cookies.
