Thursday: Cardio Only (45-60 minutes)

Cardio Machine Circuit
- 15 minutes rowing machine, L7, steady-state
- 15 minutes treadmill walk/climb from 12-15% incline and speed 3.1-3.4, "escalators"
- 15 minutes stationary bike HIIT (1 minute steady state L12, 30 second sprint at L10, repeat)
TOTAL: 45 minutes

My legs are still fried from the other day, so this was "all" I could manage. I was a tired girl, though!


Morning Supplements:
2 Sesapure
1 Glucorell
2 Levorex
2 Thermorexin
1 ALCAR
Yohimburn ES
1/2 Tbsp Beta-alanine
1/2 Tbsp Taurine
2 pumps P7 Orange on forearms (post-shower)

Lunch Supplements:

- 3oz chicken breast + 1/2 c egg whites + 1/4 c onion, chopped + 1 c spinach, raw
- 3oz banana

- 85g edamame/corn mix
- 4oz sweet potato

M3:
- IsoPure ZeroCarb Juice, 1 bottle
- 1.5c broccoli, steamed + 1 Tbsp Light Balsamic Vinegrette (Newman's Own)
- 1/2 Tbsp (8g) ANPB

M4:
- 4oz shrimp + 2 Tbsp cocktail sauce
- 150g Clean Eats Cous Cous Greek Salad
- 16 asparagus spears, steamed

M5:
- 3.4oz scallops, sauteed
- 1/2 c blueberries, raw

M6:
- 4oz buffalo burger + 1 Tbsp salsa + 1/2 (black skin) avocado

M7:
- 1/2 Tbsp (8g) ANPB

Water Intake: 6 Liters (192 oz)

TOTALS:
1691 calories
Fat: 44g, 25%
Carbs: 125g, 26%
Protein: 198g, 49%

You're food always looks delicious I definitely need to work on my creativity in the kitchen. I think a lot of it is lack to exposure to many of these foods while growing up and not really knowing what to expect.

I grew up on a farm and meals for us consisted of meat, potato and vegetable so I am really trying to work on changing things up.
