Tonight's workout:
Lower Body Circuit, + some screwing around for fun. lol (three times through) - squats holding 25 pound plate for 45 seconds - Dimel deadlifts for 45 seconds with 70, 75, 75 -Push presses 3 x 12 for 55, 60, 65 - Leg drops for 30 seconds - Step-ups w/ DBs 1 minute per leg with 25 lb plates in each hand - Donkey kicks for 45 seconds -Glute kickback machine 3 x 12 per leg for 70, 85, 90 15 minutes stairmill, L11 20 minutes 15% incline at 3.2 mph while playing Jewel Quest on my cell!

Hey guys! Crazy weekend, I was busy as heck.
Ran a 5K with my Dad through the Twins Cities marathon yesterday morning. I ran it in about 25:30 which is my fastest time by far-- NOT BAD for a chick who hasn't ran outside at ALL since July! ![]() Trucked all over the world this weekend. 60 minutes of cardio earlier today-- 45 minutes 15% inclines 3.0 mph and 15 minutes stairmill L11. ![]()
