I want to drop the bulk of my BF early so I have more time at the end to tighten. Also keep in mind with this I have two boys under 4yrs..so last year when I upped the cardio at the end..I didn't have the energy for it and my mood wasn't all that great..not fair on kids or hubby. I will NOT be doing 3-4 hrs cardio a day further on..I don't think increasing cardio as things stick is the only way to go..I will be fine tuning the diet more..plan is to pull BACK on cardio towards the end to allow the muscle to fill out... anyway that is MY plan..we are all different ![]()
