I was trying out new protein powders I got. lol Sorry. I'll be better tomorrow.

I got a Vanilla Caramel flavored PM Protein from GNC that has 40g protein. It tastes pretty dang good, actually! I also bought Lean Dessert--Fresh Cinnamon Roll flavor.

I ate tuna, orange roughy, and snapper today. Asparagus, raspberries, and protein powder.

Yup, it's an NPC show. I emailed Christine (the MN rep) and asked questions about eligibility and posing, etc. Looking at suits already but won't order til September.

Hey, that mroning cario you mentioned... the 60 minutes... I don't think you should be doing that just yet. I built the cardio in to your circuit and superset days already. Only the days it says "cardio only" was I thinking you'd do 45 to 60 min. session now.

I think it's too early for you to do 2 a days, IMO. I don't want you to burn out, which is why I think this schedule is good for the 1st 6 weeks.

Anyone want to chime in on this? I'm thinking 2 hrs a day (an hour a.m. and an hour or more p.m.) is too much this far out. What do you gals think?
well firstly IN!!!

as to the cardio...well I am doing it back to front this time. I am doing the 2 hrs a day now while I still have the extra carbs in my diet and the energy to do it. I want to drop the bulk of my BF early so I have more time at the end to tighten. Also keep in mind with this I have two boys under 4yrs..so last year when I upped the cardio at the end..I didn't have the energy for it and my mood wasn't all that great..not fair on kids or hubby. I will NOT be doing 3-4 hrs cardio a day further on..I don't think increasing cardio as things stick is the only way to go..I will be fine tuning the diet more..plan is to pull BACK on cardio towards the end to allow the muscle to fill out...

anyway that is MY plan..we are all different

Holllllllllllllly cardio. 3-4 hours a day? Good God, woman! You're a beast!

So maybe I won't end up doing 2-a-days till my last 8 weeks. Hmmm, that's not a bad thing. I can get in one day a week. I'm fine once I'm UP, it's just the UP part that's hard to attain for me. I'm so bad at waking up early. lol
