AHHHH off-season baby!!

![]() Hey guys!!! Well I have been around here, mostly lurking and posts being scarce but I decided I would be back to logging! I found out tonight, from Ulter, that AF had room for me among their sponsored athletes, so that was quite a blessing, and helped complete my night besides my boys, the BOSTON CELTICS bringing home the championship!!! ![]() Hopefully logging will help keep my head on straight, because these last few weeks have been tough keeping the mind set to stick it through this competition... I mean the workouts are there, the diet is right on track, but my heart is just not 100% into it, so the goal is to make sure it get there in the next 4 weeks! ![]() That being said, I currently am planning on two shows this summer/fall. The first being in just under 5 weeks, its the Natural Michigan and is on July 19th in which I will be doing bodybuilding and the second show with be the amateur show in conjunction with the Atlantic City Pro show on September 13th!! A couple others are TBD so we shall see how it all pans out....

I was just reading your other log last night and commenting to Ulter on your prep. Hope it's going well -- sounds like it! And kudos to you for giving BBing a shot. I was just postin' on Jens' log that you are an OX with your lifts! I always read your numbers in amazement.
It's insanity people -- I mean, if you stood next to SBT, you'd have NO FRIGGIN' IDEA or COMPREHENSION what this chick can do! It's astonishing! Who the hell does shoulder presses with 50s?! (I mean, except maybe Sass-a-frass around here). Just unGODLY awesome!

There are those mental lapse times where everything is on point but your heart or your mind or your focus... I dunno. Those times suck. You have all the tools and the determination to get through the valley and stay on point until u find the spark... hope u're log does the trick. IN!!
