I was driving to work this morning and thought, SBT has so much strength and power, previous athletic, I BET you can nail those strength moves in FITNESS with some hard work. looking great girl..you have definitely been putting some hard work into that back and those arms..and man does it SHOW very proud of you must admit if I was over there I would be drifting into the natural BB as well..just quarter turns would frustrate the hell out of me go SBT go ![]()

Side chest: - roll your front side shoulder back - looks like that shoulder is rolled forward a little and makes it look like no distinct front shoulder cap - straight shoulder line (head) - straight shoulder line - rear shoulder cap. If you roll it back it should come out. - suggest holding your hands up just a little higher above your waist. Side tri: - roll your front shoulder to the rear more. Same effect as above. Gets more detail to come out in the cap & makes for a nice vertical straight line down w/ the rest of your body. For presentation of both these poses on stage, esp side tri, remember that you need to display to a whole line of judges wherever you end up on the stage so practice that -- from a bad angle or under bad lighting (like if you're on the far side of the stage, you want to show as much of your good stuff as you can. Both of these poses you have some room for rotation at the waist to show at other angles. |
