well thankyou kind sir
![]() ok now training..Wednesday PM - NONE... Thursday AM - NONE why you ask? Well about 5 days ago the hubby wasn't as careful as he should have been and managed to snap one of my internal stitches I felt something but didn't think much of it till two days later when changing the tape over the scar and saw raw flesh so I cleaned it and pushed the skin back together (only 3-4mm) and taped it up. Since then I have been trying to keep it nice and clean and protected but seems it didn't work and it's now infected and VERY very sore..so am off to the specialist today to see what he says. An infection only 3 weeks after inplantation is NOT a good thing ![]() wish me luck...

Croft, reading your log makes me scream OUCH not just because you lift nicely, but girl take care of them girls. Aren't you going pretty heavy with your lifts only 3 weeks after surgery. I am confused. Shouldn't you have had much more rest time after surgery? Girl your health comes first take care of that infection first.

) so know how far I can push my body.Quote:
trying to cap them off if I can so lifting heavy is what I need to do.. I am looking after the girls I promise..just doing one training session a day at this point till it settles, keeping them well supported and not doing anything that pulls at the scar..trust me..I will not stuff them up the scar problem was not caused by training..it was by the other half Men!!!!
