really? I love ALL shoulder exercises but it's legs today..do like them too..they just hurt a lot more at the time..and for days after my legs have JUST come good from Sunday training....

Speaking of workouts leg day today

Treadmill - 10min warm up 4mph

Leg extensions
12 @ 44lb x 3 sets (different machine..lots heavier than other one )

Reverse hack squats - something different, face down on hack machine, legs in V position
12 x machine weight x 3 sets

Hell lunge set

using 33lb BB for all
walking double lunges x 10 each leg
walking single lunges x 10 each leg
squats x 10
x 3 sets
note: normally do 12 of each but had to use a different area as courts being used

V Stance deadlifts (not sure what to call these)
10 @ 44lb BB
10 @ 49.5lb BB
10 @ 55lb BB

superset
seated leg curls
12 @ 72.6lb
12 @ 88lb
10 @ 88lb drop 10 @ 72.6lb OUCH!!!

standing calf raises - machine
10 @ 187lb x 3 sets

Treadmill x 30min 4.25mph

I decided to take starting pics..I get my BF checked tomorrow anyway..plus it gives you lot 24hrs to play "guess my BF" Not the best pics as I was using the self timer on the camera..so set camera..run and try to get in position before it went off fun..NOT!!!! Plus the last one..side one..apart from being a bit fuzzy..NOT happy with the stomach situation but..is a starting photo so can't worry too much grrrr

I also found out they have changed to format for the comps (two federations held on same day by same promoter) last year all pre-judging done in morning show..then back at night for routines and presentations. This year it's a one show format. So the INBA that I am doing this year will be first..say 9am to 3pm..so quarter turns, poses..then off stage..then back on to do routines..then back on for presentations which is FAN -F#$king -TASTIC as it is being held on my 5th wedding anniversary...grrr so at least I will still get to spend the night at a nice restaurant and maybe hotel with my husband instead of spending the whole day on my comp..which did take the pressure off a bit thankfull. He was being good about it but I could tell he would obviously rather spend the day doing things other than watching me on stage so all good.

Now..back to the dam 25% grrr..oh well..16% time to take a hike
