Food & meals are sometimes restricted so I eat what I can when I can. PWO Cardio, my butt needs to be on the stepmill, they were all taken. No sweat off my back, literally . I havent done BF in a while and I rarely ever weigh myself these days. I was told not to and I totally am fine with that. I'll check maybe in a few days for comparison purposes. Took about a week off from training to let my body recover a bit. Very VERY tired, like all of the time, but still smiling. ![]() Taking Drenamin for my Adrenals... testing weak for those more often than I care to admit. Chiro/Acu helped but my neck and shoulders are jacked, they are affecting my posing big time. Physical therapy needed, aka massages... need to find a way to work that out like yesterday. Supps are come and go, take the usual, gluc & Sesa, rationing my sesa. Used Red Blast and Beta Alanine pre workout Wed. That was good. I'm not in a place where I can drag all my supps with me every day so I trying to work that out, take what I can, when I remember, esp for now when I have 1 zillion things going on. La di dah...
