You have no idea how hard it was for me to log on! It was a good day at the gym! I suffered on "The Summit" by Lifefitness for 27 minutes But I said I'd get off at 300 cals...Ufff It was tough!![]() I worked shoulders, Lateral raise on machine 5 X 8 30lbs. Shoulder Press 5 X 8 20 Lbs. Row 5 X 8 20lbs. Front/Lateral rase combined 5 X 8 8lbs DB. Abs and YES I know Sissy weight... ![]() BUT I am on low carb diet...so only in the AM do I eat oatmeal 1/2 C...like it's alot!!! Noon VPX zero carb shake with frozen strawberries, lunch 4.5 oz mahi mahi and 2 cups oriental mis veggies from Costco!!! Please please I beg everyone to go buy both items!!! They are great!!! Now I am aiming for 600 cals on my CycleOps (yeah mine, it's M's) roller. So my Beau T Moble and I are gonna sweat!!! Gain LBM and drop fat%.... I declare war against...Fat!!! |

I had a tough day! Daughter turns 18 manana! So you can imagine Momma here buying h'ordeurves ja ja ja...and all.. took them in a hurry and in lace...
