Today is a scheduled day off. I walked this morning on my treadmill but am taking tonight off. Don't want another stress fracture! It is a shame I am off tonight, after the day I have had I could the satisifing feeling of throwing some weight around!

Tonight was shoulders. I didn't feel like doing it but got the workout in anyway. Once I got going I was ok with it.
(weight, sets, reps) DB shoulder press 20'sx3x10 BB upright rows 50x3x10 DB shrugs 50'sx3x15 Lateral raise 15x3x10 Front raise 15x3x10 Rear raise 10x3x10 Cardio Nothing as of yet. I will walk on my treadmill tonight.
