Definitely.. looks that way from what im seeing.
Also agree with whoever said such big n sudden (am i wrong there?) change in judging trend is, to athletes who've been training towards a certain image for years and years, disturbing to say the least.

I mean dont get me wrong tho.. the asses n legs are def no problem to look at in that condition but thats not what im used to seeing on stage.
