Olivia worked out and wanted some company so i did the following:
Standing around looking awesome -x infinity Treadmill at various inclines near or at #6 and speed of 3 -20 minutes Regular hyper ext's to rehab my back for the squat pounding comming up -bw x100 asap

Not to mention setting off seismographs at UT. The third one have you ever tried it on incline rig? I do them and did them several years ago when I injured my back. Worked great and even came up with a variation for trunk training.

ya bro its funny you say that because this is the first time ive ever got something off the floor that i couldnt lock out. usually if i get it off the floor its gettin locked out. guess im progressing in other things and my weakpoints have changed gonna hafta get back to shruggin heavy n maybe throw rack lockouts back in and strengthen the posterior so i can fuck the bar n finish those.

Id recommend more pulls off the floor then and rotate those with deficit pulling if you can handle those and reduce the frequency of the rack pullin. See wha hap's with that setup, should fix ya up.
