Thank you, people.
It went well, considering. Apparently she lectured the hell out of my brother on the weekend. She felt really bad about it, but he needs that. Aside from the smoking, we had some good times. Talking, playing games, etc. I'll be back up to see her in the coming weeks. Oh, yeah. Cardio yesterday. Shovel 8" snow before I could even get in my drive way.

Fat Slayer Program Week 1, Workout 3 06.3.08 Start 17:20, finish 18:50. This one tooked a while. Started cooking dinner, then listened to the wife blow off steam between sets. Dead Lift: 1 RM - 465, 5 RM – 405 10X85 5X165 5X245 5X5X315 10X235 First working set I dropped the bar on my 4th rep. That 315 is the highest I’ve ever lifted without straps. Had ta use the straps after that. As long as you derive inner help and comfort from anything, keep it. – Mahatma Ghandi Push Press: 1 RM - 185, 5 RM – 170 5X60 5X80 5X120 5X160 5X165 4X165, got out of my groove 5X165 5X170 ![]() 10X120 New 5RM & PR for weight. Today's cardio, 7.3.08 ![]() Treadmill: 45 mins, 2.5 – 4.1 mph., Incline 2.0 - 12 deg. Walk. My Plantars Fasciitis was too agravated to run, but I found a gait I could use to walk. First 10 mins was warmup, then walking at various inclines & speeds. Next 30 mins was alternating, fast walking (3.0 – 4.1 mph) and walking at 2.5 mph with a 25 lb dumbellfor 1/8 mile. Cals 399, Avg HR 116(66%), Max HR 134(77%) Chinups from sling at work. 2 set of 4 Synopsis Feelin pretty good. A little tired from work. Water, 5.0 litres. ![]()

Fat Slayer Program Week 2, Workout 1 8.3.08, 16:05 – 17:50 5 minute w-up on Snow shovell. Feelin like shite today. Headache, tired from work, 1½ hrs snow shovelling. Squats: 1 RM - 400, 5 RM – 350 10 X 65 5 X 145 5 X 215 5 X 5 X 285 10 X 185. Man, this took forever. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. – Benjamin Franklin Bench Press: 1 RM - 290, 5 RM – 260 10 X 60 5 X 115 5 X 165 5 X 5 X 215 13 X 165. No elbow sleeves for the first time in ages. No wrist wrap either. Anger is never without Reason, but seldom with a good One. – Benjamin Franklin B.B. Rows: 1 RM - 225, 5 RM – 195 10 X 50 5 X 90 5 X 130 5 X 5 X 170 12 X 135. Same as above. Energy and persistence conquer all things. – Benjamin Franklin Walk nowhere. I was gassed.
