Today's cardio, 31.3.08 ![]() Treadmill: 40 mins, 2.5 Mph – 7.1 mph., Incline 2.0 Speed 5.5 – 6.4 for first 14:52 mins, after warmup. Started my 1½ at 5.5 mph, adding .1 or . every minute, ‘til I reached 6.4. I was actually just trying to make a programme. Then I decided I might as well do my mile & a half trial. My record, this go round is 14:52. Finished the half hr with intervals, 1 minute fast from 5.5 – 7.1 mph, 1 minute recover at 2.5 mph. Total 3.17 miles. 445 Cals, Max HR 170(97%), Avg HR 125(71%) 1½ mile time progression: first target WAS 15 minutes. 16.4.07, 21:35 18.4.07, 20:40 23.4.07, 18:35 27.4.07, 18:20 30.4.07, 17:10 4.5.07, 17:01 9.5.07, 16:25 14.5.07, 18:55 25.5.07, 19.10 28.5.07, 18:50 31.5.07, 18:10 5.6.07, 18:06 7.6.07, 17:50 10.7.07, 17:45 31.7.07, 17:32 4.8.07, 15:42 6.11.07, 17:17 10.11.07, 17:05 28.11.07, 16:30 20.1.08, 16:40 29.1.08, 16:18 3.3.08, 16:32 27.3.08, 15:28 Today 31.3.08, 14:52 ![]() I finally friiiigin did it. Thanks, man. Changed my mind. There's a ring road that my street runs off. It's about 4 kms (2 1/2 miles) 'round. My next goal is to run that before the end of June. Running outside is harder than a tread, so I'm counting on that to make it quantifiably more difficult than my time trial was. I will also endeavour to reduce my Mile & a half time even further.

Managed to use the straps for the whole exercise. Almost Zerchered the last working set. Admonish thy friends in secret, praise them openly. – Publilius Syrus Flat Bench B.B.: 1 RM - 295, 5 RM – 260, 10RM – 190ish 10X65, 10X80, 10X125, 10X155, 10X180, 9X210, 13X160 Pretty hard for light weights.
