Congrats on the Squat PR!! You have a higher 1 RM than 400lbs I would say, just based on your workload previous to the 365 double. Can't wait to see what big singles you've got once the Rack is built!

P.S. TAKE PICS, no one likes to hear of big racks and not see them

I be better today.

Goin to Costco to get some B.S. chicken, Almonds, & tp.

Fill in Workout.

08.4.08

Wasn’t feelin it tonight, but it turned out pretty good..

Squats: 1RM - 400, 5RM – 350, 10RM – 240ish
10X65
10X130
10X195
10X240
9X250
10X215.

My 10RM is way out of line from my 5RM and 1RM .
Circumstances rule men and not men rule circumstances. – Euripedes

Flat Bench B.B.: 1 RM - 295, 5 RM – 260, 10RM – 210
10X75
10X125
10X165
10X210
8X210
15X165

Pretty hard for light weights.
Short is the joy that guilty pleasure brings. – Euripedes

B.B. Rows: 1 RM - 240, 5 RM – 210, 10RM – 165
10X50
10X75
10X105
10X135
10X165
8X165
13X135

my ROM is the suck, ‘cause my gut gets in the way.
Waste not fresh tears over old griefs. – Euripedes

Standing D.B. OHP: 1 RM - 60, 5 RM - 55, 10RM - 45
10X12
10X20
10X30
10X40
11X45
15X30

My 5RM & 1RM are theoretical, because I’ve never done them with this exercise.
There is no benefit in the gifts of a bad man. – Euripedes

Synopsis
I didn’t feel into it until I was almost done the squats It kinda came together after that. I had a nice sweat on.

3.0 litres of water today.

My internet connection is sketchy. I'll be off'n'on 'til I figure it out.

Thanks. Yeah it's amazing how weak you feel when you switch to 10 reps, from 5.

My internet at home is sketchy, so my posting is erratic.
I did some running last night. Wasn't into it, but once i got started I gave 'er shit. Pyramid intervals from 6 mph up to 9.0 mph for 30 secs. 440ish cals.

Last night. Roughly the same as for post 227. Complexes, but I upt the weight to 85 lbs. Walking on treadmill. Totals around 725 cals.

I have a new modem coming so I can get my stalking back. I mean my internet.

Going to a Def leppard/R.E.O. Speedwagon/Styx concert on sunday. Woo hoo.

Def leppard was my first concert. They were back up for Billy Squire. That should be a great concert.

Good news & bad news. First the bad. Def Leppard is postponed due to illness. With my luck it'll be next weekend & I'll be incapacitated from my surgery.
The good news. Bell Canada totally rocks. They sent a service guy here with a little diagnostic machine. Hooked it up to my comp, my phone line & my modem. Voila! Modem's upgefuckt. Gave me a new modem & left, no charge.
