I had SEVERE setup issues in my suit today. This is a horrible situation to be in with only 13 workouts left. I could not get into position with my suit and belt on. I have no choice but to lose weight. I had to lose my belt for my last pull. I could not get down so my grip wasn't set. This in turn led to some fingertipped locks and shredded my hands. SS, RB
Bull...can you explain Superman GHR's for me? I do GHR's and would like to know if there are other varieties to add. Thanks!

G-Rex did them at RIP one day and I don't know what to call them so I call them that.

The normal GHR is controlled and these are fast. To start put your hands down by your side so that your palms are facing your outer quads. Push out and away fast, hit parallel and then explode back, keeping your chest as close as possible to the GHR on both the eccentric and concentric phase of the exercise. It's a great way to finish the movement.

I hope that explained it. I can always shoot video for you if you need it. SS, RB

IT'S GOOD FOR YOU!

Think of it like this.... You've just retired. You have your house paid for, your cars paid for, the kids are grown and gone and there is actually a little money left over at the end of the month for FUN stuff. Life is GOOD.

BAM! You have a coronary and fall over dead. Now your poor wife has to go find a NEW MAN to enjoy all the shit with that you worked your entire life for...not to mention to spend your life insurance with.

OR...you can cut out some of the crap you eat, do a little cardio, and live a long healthy life full of 1000lb. squats and PR totals.

Well, the last bag of donuts is gone!!

I started my first day off with a goal of eating healthy.

Breakfast-
breakfast burrito with
2 eggs
1 cup fried potatoes
1/4 cup cheese
2 sausage links
1/2 cup sausage gravy
Coffee with creamer

Lunch-
1 large hot dog bun
2 bacon wrapped all beef hot dogs, large
3 cups chili
1 cup cheese
Water

That's it so far. The plan is that at 2 p.m. I will have a butterfinger candybar but that may happen early and it may end up with it being two.

I am thinking that you should probably go back to the pb&j sandwhiches. I love butterfingers. Are they at least the snack size?
