    Default Low carb diet

So Long story short my cardiologist told me I had to lay off the carbs and lose some weight and try and get my cholesterol down. It's been 2 weeks now. I feel good. I've lost 12 pounds so far and people tell me I look bigger. I started at 252pounds and I'm down to 240lbs. I have to do this for 5 more weeks so hopefully I'll drop down around 220lbs. I'm also intermittent fasting. I'm not really hungry anyways in the morning so I usually don't eat my first meal tell around 12 in the afternoon. I've just been eating mainly chicken, seafood, turkey and some red meat. Lots of veggies. Especially broccoli and collie flower. A lot of salad and almonds or unsalted pistachio nuts. I feel a little foggy around 4-5 in the evening everyday and start to crave the weirdest shit. Like fuckin Taco Bell. I don't even eat fast food. Lol let me know what you guys think. If I should add or lay off certain foods. I'm getting older now and I'm just trying to make healthier decisions. Cheers! Oh and happy belated Easter folks.

Eat the carbs. When you cut carbs you're just reducing the water your body holds to process the carbs. Calories is what you need to be concerned with. The intermittent fasting and late first meal are great.

Carbs aren't bad it's how you use them

Judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree and it's a useless animal.
An arrogant person will tell you what they can do,
a confident person will show you what they've done.
