    Default Bench: 315 x 10

    I have a slight pec strain so keeping it light but this was the first time I was able to hit 315 for 10 so made sure to video that shit, lol.

    Did you notice the inzer elbow sleeves? They are a god send for elbow pain.

    Yes I did!
    Inzer makes some really good products. Their knee wraps are high on my list.

    Yep, I have their belt and knee wraps. Good as the day I bought them 4-5 years ago

    imho elbow wraps are a must over 35 or so for heavyweight.
    I did 365 for three reps on my 40th birthday (mini midlife crisis that day) a few years back w/out wraps (I work out with a lot less) and I was off the bench for 3 months. Both elbows toast. Stupid.
