This thread isn't so much of a debate of which exercise is better, or whether cardio is even needed.....but moreso, just a thread on who likes what as their favorite cardio exercise?

"No researcher has made a human bigger than a dumb-shit bodybuilder."---Dan Duchaine (12/18/97)
It depends on what hurts most that day
If my knee's hurt I prefer the treadmill. If my feet hurt I prefer the Stairmaster or elliptical.
Love to get outside and walk by the water with Mike when the sun is shining. That's not really much in the way of cardio though![]()
I can't run because of my knees so either the stairmaster or elliptical for me. Lately its been the elliptical. 20 minutes before training and 20 after jacked up to level 15 I am burning 1072 calories per hour if you believe the machine.
To see victory only when it is within the ken of the common herd is not the acme of excellence. -Sun Tzu
Prowler, light fire flipping, sled dragging, BB circuits.
For heart health cardio, I like 45 min to an hour on the elliptical. It doesn't bother my joints. For fat burningand general conditioning, I like HIIT type stuff, sprints, and that sort of thing.
is walking to the car or gym or up the steps to my bedroom what u mean? if not i have no clue what ur talking about
Cocaine. My heart gets a real good work out on that shit lol jk.
...my fav is sex. As for stuff they have in gym, i hate em all equally and depends my mood. I only run on treadmill or do elliptical tho

1000 - 2000 meters in the pool, hop out bang out some pushups and setups and roll in keep going.
Inside 45 min stairmaster,5 one minute jump rope set then 15 min of rowing.
A difficult child at best, fit neither for the cloth nor the pen, too dangerous to be unleashed upon society and too horrible to let live, but yet too brilliant and unique to destroy
I like Stepmills, the stair master one specifically.
Running around with my dogs... Or prowler/sled for structured cardio.
changing the channel without using the remote. also surfing the internet.
Cardio only happens in nice weather for me ~ late spring, summer and early fall, running outside early evening along the lake front. Actually makes miles pass by without too much pain and monotony.
Mine was running in the woods with the dogs, BJJ class, or sparring night at the dojo. Post injury... I can't do much of any of that so I am still trying to figure this out. For now... it's "power walks" of 3 miles with my dog or so and 5 mile hikes with my kids/ dog.
Oh and like Rico... sex... marathon sex... sometimes, I even have my wife join me. Just kidding... I'm too old for that!
Its funny even when I was getting ready for a fight I wouldnt run. I depise running so much! I did nothing but cardio when I was training. Once I stopped fighting I stopped cardio. Back on the wagon again. I stick to the eliptical and throw in some hiit stuff as much as I can.
Sex interval training. 20 minutes of laying the wood to somebody, sleep for an hour, 20 minutes more of tearing shit up, sleep for an hour. Repeat as many times as possible. When the woman elbows me in the ribs and says "leave me the fuck alone" the session is over. Then I do one last burnout/sprint with a good masterbation session.
Rollerblading
Running stairs
Line sprints on the ice
Swimming sprints
Rowing
Hiking/trail running
Snatch, clean, squat, press, repeat...
With caution to not mess up my knees, I find the elliptical a good cardio by doing a variation of HIIT (30-40 seconds normal pace, 30-20 seconds fast / sprint). It serves as a warm up to for as little as 12 minutes only.
Swimming
"Keep rollin with the punches" - Danny Green
Sex with my woman is the way to go
nothing better than skipping rope for me.
Road work!! As long as its above 30 degrees and below 100, I'll be out side on the road running. I'll cycle between HIIT Hill sprints and steady state distance for my hour+ sessions. Once my knees and hips feel like they are taking too much of a beating, I'll move it inside to stairmaster and elipitcal for about a week.

swimming is my favorite exercise, i do swimming 1 time in a day,
and i think swimming could help us to reduce our weight.
Jogging through the park in good weather . Which means 25 to 70 degrees .
In the gym ... treadmill .... fast walk ... jog ... sprint .. repeat ! My over 50 legs can't take it like they used to though .
