I'm not real big on yogurts for the most part, and the one's I do like i'm tired of.....BUT,
The Nonfat Greek yogurt they have at Costco (i'm sure it's widely available) is the shit!
I never really paid attention to this stuff, but it has nearly 3x the amount of protein per serving than regular yogurts. Having 20'ish grams of protein per cup is great!
I should add this to the diet thread...
A cup or two of this stuff with a scoop or two of whey isolate is great and provides a ton of protein and just moderate amounts of carbs. The whey protein powder mixes much better with this stuff than other regular yogurts too, which is a plus.
You can also add in some sugar-free pudding or splenda with it to sweeten it to your tastes
