The guy was unvelievable but at what cost? His life apparently. I'm not sure how true his gear usage was but if so I can see how his liver and kidneys failed him.
I read he would run 500mgs of testoviron/day, 30 halo tabs/day, and 30tabs of metandienon, GH and insulin. It got crazier the closer to his comp.
5-3 weeks before the Competition daily: 3 injects Masteron
    2 injects Parabolan
    30 tabletts Halotestin
    50 tabletts Stromba
    2 injects Stromba
    24 IE* STH

2-1 weeks before the Competition daily: 2 injects Masteron
    2 injects Stromba
    40 tabletts Halotestin
    80 tabletts Stromba
    24 IE* STH
    Insuline
    IGF
I assume you can take this info w/ a grain of salt. But man his conditioning was like no other IMO. That is until it killed him.
Check out the striations in his tricep and quads; insane!

I thought what killed him was severe dehydration but I could be wrong. He was one of the first bb's to sodium load.

no expert here by any means, i can see where his liver would want to take a shit from the halos and w/e else you named that i don't know what it is. however, from what i've read, aside from insulin, the most dangerous things that bb's fuck with is those fucking dieretics, dehydrating that much can kill anyone, on juice or not. it's risky doing that. i dehydrated once on accident. my heart was fucking beating all fucked up, almost passed out. didn't know where i was or wtf was going on. cvs called an ambulance, i soaked up 3 bags of the water shit in like 30 minutes. idiot!

yea, that mother fucker was cut as hell, huge. job well done, very unfortunate. those pictures are insane

I think you're right BDR. The article said he had internal bleeding in his stomach. When he refused a blood transfusion his liver and kidneys shut down. But I believe they talked about the severe dehydration that started the ball rolling. What a shame. They said his idol was Arnold and he tried desperately to be as good. I believe they were both from Austria.

I don't know his name but the guy on the cover of Dirty Dieting was maybe even more shredded than Munzer although he didn't have the same size.

Anyone remember Mohammad Benaziza? He was one of my favorites. He died from dehydration as well. He said that the only fluid he would intake for a week was blended up apples.

would those be secondary to or because of the dehydration OR did he juice his ass to death?

I would say both were contributing factors to his demise.

For being as cut as he was, did he ever win a major title?

Cosigns.. when your dehydrated and pumping that much juice through your system, things tend to shut down.

IIRC Munzer's death was linked to Cytadren use. Keeping that type of list around was popular back then in Europe. Guys who were dealing would claim personal use and the courts generally didn't know any better.

BodyOpus guy is the late Hans Hopstakken.

He was another one who died from dehydration. He was incredible too! I was still a teenager when he died. I remember that day.

Right....I always heard it was the cytadren as well that caused the severe hemorraging.

I've heard cytadren and polycethmia.....but take that for what it is worth.

Yup same here. i think overall he was so dehydrated that his organs shut down. Ive heard when someone dies of that when they do the autopsy their insides are basically just goo.

he looked great but it killed him. the halos and everything else were hard on him no doubt but thats not what killed him. it was the dehydration as far as i know, but i dont think anyone has reached that conditioning since.

Don't qoute me on this but I remember reading an article about how he died by internal bleeding and his blood wouldn't clot, I think the report came from Muscle Media 2000 back in the day, so take it with a grain of salt.
