    Default dilemma's on what to use......can anyone clear my mind?

    I want/have to build up more muscle (I want to do figure contests at the end of next year, need to add 8-9 lbs at least and loose fat!)

    I have used anavar 2 times to get more lean and I tried propionate to build up and see how my body reacts on it.
    I am satisfied with both of the AS, because I did not experienced very much side effects, and I was satisfied with the gains.
    Now I thought to build up with anavar (or stack prop and anavar).

    but recently I talked to some people here in holland who do also contests (male and female bodybuilding) and they recommended primo alone or stacked with decadurabolin or durabolin......and they really disagree on testosteron for females!!

    I've done some readings, but till now not many women are very fond of the primo (gains versus side effects).........and deca...
    or did I misunderstand it???

    can someone give me advise on what is more wise to do?? (are we in holland more old-fashioned and stick to what we know??? or have done for years now??)

    Hello miss b2b,

    I have worked with quite a few female BB's and figure/fitness competitors. My main focus is always to get the most results with none or very little side effects. Having said that, I think one of the better AAS for women is Nandrolone phenylpropionate, which, I believe, is Durabolin in Europe. I wouldn't use anything long acting like Primobolan depot. It takes too long to clear your system in case of any unwanted sides.
    Since you're still fairly new at this I would recommend trying one AAS at a time. This is a good way to find what works for you and what doesn't.
    As far as dosis, it's always better to start too low than too high. Only increase dosis when gains slow down or stop.

    Sorry so late in replying... IMO since you want mass try Durabolin. It is a GREAT mass builder w/ minimal sides. Some women experience sides but since you are able to tolerate Prop I would say your threshold is rather high so you should be OK. Starting out w/ 25mg E3D for 5 weeks then increase to 37.5mg E3D for another 5-7 weeks. I like low dose long cycles.
