This board has been so slow lately, whats the deal?? As for me, I'm training hard right now... about 156 or so @ 5'4.... debating on what show I will do next year. Either Jr. Nationals or Nationals. Will most likely be a heavyweight either way.
Looking to be at about 165 before the end of the year with "some" abs. he he.
Hi all---- not much new still plugging away. Must just be a slow time all around. Funny thing now I'm lifting only 3 times per week, eating more carbs, less protein and am the leanest ever at this weight. Lifts are improving, always a good sign! I hope to blow all the old myths. See ya around!
Hi ladies!!! It has been a little slow... I am dieting right now (as usual ) It's so hard to fight the fat when you are hypothyroid... damn! I am "off" and have been for almost 3 months But that's ending soon New cycle starts on Oct 1... WOOHOO!!!
I am thinking about a PL comp in Dec... the one for Nov is out of the question now.. I will not be ready. I am going to start OL again so wish me luck!
Putting on muscle (highest LBW in 2 years I just discovered) but not losing fat.
Guess i need to stop buying all the chocolate, huh?

Sorry I have not been around the board much, I haven't been training. Too much school work to do. (Too many wars and dictators to learn about )

Running a little but barely lifting, these days. Just to dam busy!! I want the home based business but want the body too. Just can't have it all. Wish I didn't have to sleep!!
Clean for the past 6 months and it hasn't helped my drive, in any way.
I finally joined a gym (used a bowflex before) and am in there for a couple hours four nights a week, so far. I loooooove it!
I have been MIA! Lurking a bit here and there, but been sooo busy! Working on my home, helping a friend paint hers...training of course but thoroughly enjoying my offseson! Floating between 155 and 160, and doing a powercycle to get my squat up to 450. All in all things are well!
I should really get my butt back here and posting much more often!

Weight has gone up considerably, mix of lm/water. The water retention set in pretty bad about week 4 , so I decided to up cardio, increase water intake even more and be very strict on my diet. (300p,50c,-25morecarbs on leg day/s ) 3 1/2 weeks later im down 12 lbs. I just felt soooo bloated, although the strength gains etc were/are great, i was getting pretty down about the bloating. It's under "control" now.
NB/FC- do you girls have that dilema and if so how do you overcome it best in your experiences.
As Hulk has said about me that i started on a winny cycle, no major sides, and again not too bad on NPP except the water retention and not to mention my freakin libido is through the roof! Not that im complaining, or I mean Hulk for that matter-LOL-
All in all, i've had a really good experience with this cycle, i've got some questions im gonna send your way NB, so check your email soon

I just checked and nothing yet so fire away I never really suffer from water retention except during Aunt flow and when it hits Dandelion root, Uva Ursi, and plenty of water... if that doesn't help 20mg of Lasix will
