Default Opps, I did it again

So ..... things have been going pretty well since my right adductor longus rupture and ab tear in Feb (except for a strain in my mid erector/lat area).

On Friday it was my 2nd set of leg press and .... I strained my left adductor, I am guessing the longus.

Fortunatley it is not ruptured this time! It is a Grade I + or Grade II - strain, so it is not horribly bad. Iced all Friday night and all day on Saturday. It is sore today, but I can pretty much walk without a limp.

So, it looks like leg press are going to be taken off the list. And due to a quad tendon tear I can no longer squat. Great .....

that sux killer. i hate not being able to squat either. i can, however, leg press.

i've been just hitting higher reps and more exercises to work around my deficiencies.

sometimes I feel like a puss though not being able to squat. i've always looked at others doing legs an not incorporating squats in their routine that way. now i have like this inferiority complex about it.

Sorry to hear it Bro. At least you know what to do to fix it. I hope it heals fast for you.

I'm sharing in your frustration right now. I managed to aggravate an old hip injury a few weeks ago so leg days are down to the bare bones and very little weight. If I don't get to deadlift again soon I'm going to someone at work.
