Brown some lean ground beef dice up some turkey bacon lettuce - you can get creative with this pickle - lots of chopped up dill pickle onion - diced tomato - diced stir it all up and top with some low carb ketchup, mustard or lowfat Thousand Island dressing. |

i know. wait until my neighbors see me tonite eating burgers wrapped in lettuce with tomatoe, while they all eat pizza.
![]() just to help others that haven't done this yet, you have to use the outer layers of the lettuce. not the very outside of a new head, but the larger more flexible layers. keep them as large as possible and do your best to really wrap the burger in the lettuce. trying to use the more white and rigid layers in the middle will only make a mess. happy eating. |
