It's relative based on the protein you use. What I did was enter the foods into Fitday (on an empty, fresh day's slate) and got the macros that way. For example, I added 1/2 c egg whites, 1 scoop of my whey (entered as custom food) and 1/2 c "canned pumpkin no salt" -- this churned out the calories and p/c/f grams I needed. I then entered these as a new custom food for later use.
I use chocolate whey to make mine and notice no difference. I would choose vanilla over chocolate, probably, but just wanted to say that chocolate is just as good. The pumpkin and cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice really blends the chocolate out.

def gotta have vanilla at all times for cooking and stuff....i use chocolate for my shakes (except the smoothies i make). i hate vanilla protien by itself, but its the most neutral flavor you can use for cooking without drastically altering flavors or having flavors clash.
