Default Got burned...

Got home from physical therapy and placed Ice pack directly on to skin (shoulder) with a tight ace bandage. 30 minutes later, big welt or blister, swelling and red skin. 1 hour later redness spread a bit still swollen almost like a blister. Think, actually know I got an "ice burn". What can I do to help it along? Feel like a real d*ck!

well the treatment for frost bite is "homeostate (sp?) the damaged flesh temperature then wait and see what falls off and what stays" so thats gona be applicable here as well id assume unless it was a chem burn.
