Oh man...you don't wanna know how I ate on my birthday, lol. It was bad, bad, bad. Actually, three whole days of badness because my youngest daughter shares a birthday with me and we try to seperate them a bit so we can both have a day. It ends up being a three day weekend of crappy food, tons of fun, and lotsa love, lol. I am still trying to get to bloat off.
My today trainer said, "Hey, it's been a bit, let's check that bodyat and do some new pics...." I was like...."Noooooooo." I gave him the doe-in-headlights look and told him about the weekend and he just laughed at me.
