I have a friend who does mma and hes wants to do a cycle
Hes 140 and his goals are to gain strength, and cut some fat, and maybe gain a few lbs of muscle but not much if any cause he doesnt want to move up a weight class. Has anyone here had similar goals, What would you reccomend for him? |

Well that is pretty much what i do most of the time except at a higher weight ( usually closer to 180lbs)
I like to do high dose var or winny in with a small dose of test just for general health maybe 1ml every 4 days . I do very well on that for the goals that your friend is after. I alter things slightly depending on if i want to go up or down a weight class . |

I would keep the androgens low, Test at no more than 500mg a week. Anavar is a good idea 25-50 mg ed, thats as far as I would go with the gear. Water retention is a huge negative so keep the anc handy. To gain strenght train heavy to cut weight condition hard, gear keeps fighters recovery up "masks" injuries, and also keeps you strong, but is not a staple of fighters regimine. That combo has worked wonders for many fighters, remember a fighter wants to stay as close to his/her "natural weight as poss.

Alot of fighters use winny with good success, me personally most of my injuries came while I was on it, not saying it was the winny, but not ruling out the idea either. It dried me out to much.
