Let me know what you guys think. I have pretty much dropped isolation work and moved to circuits of non stop movement..
I have been weight training 3 days a week and MMA 4-5 days a week 2 days of grappling 2 days of standup 1 day sparring my workouts are divided into upper and lower body lower sled dragging box jumps squats deadlifts trunk twists on the grapples lunges crunches standing and decline Russian twists hanging leg raises Upper body tireflip log press pull ups seated rows t bar rows crunches standing and decline Russian twists hanging leg raises |

Perfect!! Thats exactly the type of routine I'm trying to get to bro.. I like it, I like it alot!! As soon as I have more then 2 or 3 weeks between fights, I'm moving toward something very very similar.
That type of routine should hold your LBM, increase your strength, and even more important enhance your muscle endurance/cardio. Be very careful not to overtrain Mike. I PM'd ya back earlier ![]() Besides the PL and pro-wrestling, what else do you have in your base/background?? Any HS or collegiate wrestling??

Mike, looks great! but try to do your back work un-assisted like seated rows do them standing. Try to give yourself no more than 30 sec rest inbetween sets. Other than its solid.

Sweet. Ok, then you have a good base. It should come along fairly quickly for you then. Keep in mind, if your in this for the long haul or forseeable future, learning technique is your PRIMARY objective..

Mike find out what weight you be in peak competition form at. Hard to tell at this point. You may very well hold on to 275 and still be athletic and conditioned.
