UFC 86: JACKSON vs GRIFFIN | SATURDAY JULY 5TH
it's in the opening video. I seriously hope Almeida wins because he'll give Silva hell on the ground. |

IMO Cote really doesn't have a shot against either of them. Plus I think it would be a good fight between Almeida/Silva.

It's a team so 20% for pro's isn't even a bad deal, especially considering what your getting for that.

Even paying a regular membership (not being pro) is a hell of a deal. A lot of their pro's teach class. some of them will show up outside of pro practice, do BJJ and kickboxing rounds. |

You dont need that type of schooling to become an elite fighter. The basics in Jiu jitsu is what you need and master them.Find a gym where the people who train there have the same goals as you. A good gym will bring in world class fighters from time to time. I teach and put SERIOUS emphasis on the basics, because thats what wins fights.

Do you mean $450 (4 weeks in a month)? either way, that's insane. Matt Horwich, who you would probably know from the IFL teaches the majority of the Submission Wrestling (BJJ w/o gi) at Quest in Portland. He placed 2nd in the world at 185, at the first ever FILA World Wrestling Games in Turkey, and it doesn't cost any extra. Still just $125 per month for unlimited classes at Quest. I find it amazing what some places will charge |
