Hopefully the next 20-30lbs will help my chest out. Started on YohimburnES and some more anti estro.

Now comes the hard part. The first 60lbs were "easy," the next 20-30 are gonna be tougher.

Thank you Bunny! I wanna get below 230 eventually, but losing more bodyfat and getting my lower chest to tighten up is the closer goal. I'd like to see abs some day. Gotta keep on truckin.

Big Sky - I'm doing this all for me right now, not for powerlifting. When I am happy, I'll start getting back on the platform again.... assuming the desire is still there. I've been a fat lineman my whole life and want to feel comfortable with my shirt off for the first time ever.

Crazy considering Old Navy fatass 40" loose fit jeans were snug on me at the start.
