5 months ago or so

its been a rocky road.......
right now im back to 6 foot right around 217-220 12%ish. finally can bench 315 again, strength is still improving weekly, but no where near where it was

waist 32 maybe 31 in that last pic.... so not tall that tight. i think my tapper is more from high lat inserts and shoulder width
