thankyou all
strange thing is..I just came back from getting BF checked and according to him my Bf has only come down from 16.85% to 16.15% in two weeks so I am now panicking..well trying not to but my target was 9%..can't see me making that now. I am currently having calf problems so can't see cardio getting back to normal till next week at least ![]()

Wonderful progress Croft. Don't pay too much attention to those measurements. They are mostly wrong and it will drive you crazy trying to figure them out.
