Looks good. On the side chest id try to pull the shoulder further back, maybe suck air in to blow your rib cage up.
Is it a IFBB show? Didnt they change the rules for leg placing in triceps poses last year? At least that what it said in the letter the norwegian federation got from IFBB. |

I would say your legs in all your poses. Remember start from the bottom up so you don't leave anything not flexed, as though your trying to grab the floor with your toes. Also #4, hide your hands as much as you can, rotate your torso to a bit more to the right and bring that rt elbow back. Also there should not be that space between your abs and left arm. Before you hit any pose, breathe in, blow out as much as you can and then "bam" hit it and hold.

Hey guys Im starting my diet and was wondering about fat burners. I wanted to try some cardio breeze and maybe T-rex for the nrg. How should i be dosing these?
