I don't know about posing, but your physique looks great.
Lat's delts & legs. I think in the first coupla pics you're not holding your shoulders high enough. It looks, to me, like you're pulling them back & down.

Looking good triv!
Posing -- make those shoulders your strong point so you have a very distinct Y shape -you have the long lean all the way up. Shoulders up, chest out. I describe the shoulder thing like if you had strings attached at the top of your shoulder and pulled up & to the sides --- let that be your driving force while chest forward (imagine like same way you put your chest up & out while doing an incline DB press), shoulders tight and let your elbows drop -- which you are doing very gracefully ![]() Very good progress like tweak said --- crunch time so KTS! |

. I am going to keep kicking ass....on the day of the show I don't want to feel like there was anything else I could have done. This is more a battle against myself than it is against other competitors.Sass - thank you. I see what you are saying about the shoulders, I will practice.

In the live version of that I was blown away with your progress Saturday. As I suspected these pics do not do you justice. I think your cutting is right where Bunny was preping for her first show. Judging by the speed of your progress I think you'll do very well in 9 weeks.
