Dear AF members,
Please name who you feel should be nominated for the June, 2008 AFboard Member of the Month in this thread. We are well on our way to starting a new month of this MOTM plan. Thanks for making this addition a success. The June nominee is for the last month of participation to the board. Here is a recap of the rules: 1. A nominee must be a participating member with at least 100 posts to their name. 2. No Mods or Administrators are up for nomination. So no sucking up to Ulter...lol. 3. Only members vote, and not the admin or mods. 4. Please only state one person for your nominee vote. If possible give a reason why you chose this person. If more than one person is nominated by a member, the first name stated will be selected, and not the names after it. 5. Each monthly WINNER, is not eligible for nomination for a year after their win. 6. NO self-promotion or soliciting members for support. Further details can be found in the following link: AFBoards Featured "Member Of The Month" Plan & Rules In participation, we ask that nobody show any negative feelings toward other nominee's and the members nominating them. We want to keep this addition a positive experience, and it is the total votes of the site that are important, not just one person's nomination. Also, please remember that this is a month-to-month plan, and that nominees should be chosen based on this performance month-to-month. This means that a nominee not chosen previously can win over somebody chosen on the previous month. This also means that it will not be rewarded to those with the highest post count or how long they have been a member of the site. So you can say that quality and helpfulness month-to-month will beat out vet status and popularity. This also means that even those members who are on the short-end of the spectrum for physcial genetics, can win. Maybe some of our long-time vets will come out of hibernation too We will continue to accept names until the night of May 17th, which is a Saturday. At that point, we will take all the nominees mentioned, and place them into a poll for voting the final 2 weeks of this month. THANKS! AF Staff

Awesome! SO far if nobody else is chosen, then Evidence will have an easy victory...lol.

Can I nominate someone? I know I can't vote, but can I nominate??? I can't remember and I'm too lazy to go read all the rules.

Ooh, I have too many favorites. Maybe I'll just sit this one out.
I love everyone.

I like the fact that Evidence has refered me to some people who helped me with a rehab issue with my knee and I appreciated that. The people are top notch he directed me too. He could've easily tried to solve the problem himself but he knew it wasn't as good as some specialist. Plus I like the old school videos he posts in the strongman section. |
