I kill them when I row.... we have all this equipment at the gym for traps but really row row row and you hit them pretty good there. I don't hit them with anything else because mine grow like weeds...

DEADlifts, the kind where you really put the weight down between each rep. That makes my traps sore for days afterwards. I love the touch and go deadlifts for high weights and feeling strong. But when i do em dead, the hit the traps like nothing else.

I was doing shrugs this morning, front and back shrugs with the barbell. my grip is giving out before my traps are with the weight. i'm in need of some good straps. anyone got a link for good straps at a great price?? I'm on a budget and only get $50.00 blow money a month.
