just found this and perfect timing, becuase I am maxing the big lifts over the next 2 weeks
yesterday was deadlifts and good mornings Hit PR"s on both Deadlift 500x1 GM 315 x 1 both were pretty easy, but was spent! Push presses are next in 3 days Peace

Awesome bro!!
Added your big DL to the list. We don't "list" lifts besides bench/dead/squat on the main thread, but this is certainly the place to share regardless. Heavy good morning there bro. I knoooow others hit some big PR's in May, so post up everyone.

Well, I have never maxed out on Squat or deads, only bench. I have not gone heavy in years either, but I can post up what I know for sure i've done.....but not necessarily at this time
![]() Squats: 500-lbs for a few reps (Dickie shorts and a T-shirt/hat) Bench: 430-lbs x 1; and 405-lbs for 3. (Probably Dickie Shorts and t-shirt/hat) Deads: I know i've done 405/410-lbs for sure (Dickie Shorts and T-shirt/hat) BMJ ![]()

My best raw gym lifts.... since coming back from shoulder surgery x 2 and wrist surgery.
Squat... nothing yet since I can't hold the bar well enough. Can't remember my best pre-surgery (RB?) Bench... 205 lb. Deads... 325 lb. (could have done about 350 if the shoulder wasn't starting to ache) |

Pixie got 275 unequipped on squats. 365 in full gear and gave 500 lbs. a ride for a half squat. SS, RB

DL, last night. 435 for 2 which is a PR for any reps. Then I decided to try a single & got 475 for 1. Booya!!!
