both were pretty easy, but was spent!

Well, I have never maxed out on Squat or deads, only bench. I have not gone heavy in years either, but I can post up what I know for sure i've done.....but not necessarily at this time

Squats: 500-lbs for a few reps (Dickie shorts and a T-shirt/hat)

Bench: 430-lbs x 1; and 405-lbs for 3. (Probably Dickie Shorts and t-shirt/hat)

Deads: I know i've done 405/410-lbs for sure (Dickie Shorts and T-shirt/hat)

My best raw gym lifts.... since coming back from shoulder surgery x 2 and wrist surgery.

Squat... nothing yet since I can't hold the bar well enough. Can't remember my best pre-surgery (RB?)
Bench... 205 lb.
Deads... 325 lb. (could have done about 350 if the shoulder wasn't starting to ache)

Well today i benched 405 pretty easy but didnt try for more. I did however hit 585 rack deads BTK for reps and could have done maybe 2 more but pusse out. Im gonna bench again in 4-5 weeks and ill go for 420, ill let you know
