Default subway

I eat subway 6 inch 4 times a day. I get the chicken breast with provolone cheese and the kind of vegetables changes everytime but I dont think it really matters since it so little. I also eat fat free chips with it and for my other 2 meals I just have a protein shake. I want to lean out and mantain or possibly gain mucle. Is this just crazy and going to make me sick or what? So im asking for help on my diet and as you can see i have no problem with eating something over and over again.

My family owns a few Subways and I'm currently hooked on the philly cheese steaks. Subway has been instrumental in my gaining 25 lbs over the last 3-4 years. And some choice AAS that just happened to get in my carcass. lol

I would think that much bread a day with the cheese would actually add to your body fat, or at the best take it off extremely slowly. When I was tryin to cut out weight and needed subway id get one of thier chicken strip salads and get them to LOAD it with veggies(insist on them adding more) and I would always have my own vinegerette. Also thier chicken breast to me looks like its processed chicken from various chicken parts and molded into a chicken patty.

But who knows, Im not Jared.

Problem with this is it can get quite expensive. If you arent worried about eating the same thing maybe check the brown rice chicken/tuna/beef green veggies or yams premade and kept cold all day in a cooler if you have the means. I got this from the anafit diet and from a few other members recipes here, its pretty fantastic, inexpensive, just takes a lil extra time the night before.

You have to get yourself in that cycle for 21 days straight and it becomes natural.

Chicken + Brown Rice + Raw Green Beans for every meal... You will grow and get lean. I got below 8% bodyfat without doing any cardio eating that for nearly three months.

Their meatball sammies are good and grilled chicken teriyaki, but I haven't had a subway in a while. Eat real food it does your body soooo much better

You should be eating every 2-3 hours, not stuffing your face either, a good serving of protein remember 1-1.5 grams of protein per 1 pound of body weight.....you said you weigh 200 lbs, you should be at 200-300 grams of protein ed.

Chicken, lean red meat, green veggies, brown rice, eggs whole or just the white.....you get the point....I could never eat that much subway I would puke....once in a while is ok, remember moderation.

Subway is real food. They have turkey, chicken, lean red meat, tons of real fresh veggies... they have eggs too. No rice though. Too much bread, have a wrap or a salad. Good stuff. Should also help fund my retirement... so eat fresh!
