can't go wrong with chicken breast and brown rice. i eat that at least 3x maybe 4 x a day.

right now i'm eating 4 oz. of chicken with .75-1 cup of brown rice per meal. i buy my chicken from whichever grocery store has it on sale that week. i just cooked up 8 huge breasts which i can eat for nearly a week.

the amount you are spending on subway in 1 day, i can eat for about a month or so with eating the above mentioned foods.

word of advice, buy brown rice, cook up 2-3 cups at a time,(it stores well in the fridge) find the sale on chicken breast near you, cook it up as well. pack your meals prior to leaving the house. eat, grow, save money and lose fat.
