This is my thinking....
If you are doing this and it is working out great for you, then I wouldn't change it. If fat-loss is slowed down or stalled, then just take away a sandwich (preferably the chips first) at a time and replace it with something better. You'll probably get tired of sammies after awhile though, then you'll have to decide wtf to do next ![]() Are there other ways of eating better for fat loss? Well probably yes, but if this is working out fine, then just tailor it as you go, if it is even needed at all ![]() BMJ ![]()

Another Subway addict here. It's one of the few places still open after I finish my workout at 9. Footlong club with double meat.
Once I spaced and ordered a 6 foot instead of 6 inch. Must have been extra hungry that day. She started making it without missing a beat then I realized my mistake.

Noooope. Real wheat bread. Just called up there and had them read the ingredients to me. Plus they throw the loaves away as soon as they just start to harden on the ends... wwhich is quick. Their roast beef is real too, unlike Arby's. Oh yeah, try getting a nutrition list from another place.

It broke down to about 2lbs of chicken aday... And 2-3 cups of brown rice. I could keep my fat intake down under 100 grams a week. I was also drinking ON's 100% Gold Standard shakes twice aday but using four scoops instead of two.
I would use no fat, low carb breading and egg whites and bake the chicken the night before and carry it with me to work.
