Default Flaxseed Oil vs. MCT Oil

Between these two, which should I use to add into my rice. I guy from my guy told me that what he was loading MCT in his nutrition, he felt as though it worked as well as winny. Any thoughts?

There are several articles out there about MCT oils... depends on your diet though to what extent it helps. I know in diets lower in carbs, according to Lyle McDonald he recomends MCT oils in order to help with energy.

^^^I agree.

If you're on a keto diet, MCTs are supposed to be better because the shorter chain enables them to convert to ketones more easily.

Otherwise, I would go with the Flax Oil for the EFAs.

WTF? Don't listen to anyone that says something that stupid! Winstrol is an AAS and MCT is a fat. Some people just amaze me...

lol

Flax oil is junk imo. I would rather have fish oil for my EFAs. I am not too keen on MCT's either. Also I would not mix any oil into my rice. Maybe I read you wrong, but oil + rice = fat gain. At least for me.
