Zero carb protein

Can you guys give me some ideas on a zero carb powder? I know of Isopure and VPX but thats all.

We sell the Isopure powder in the store because that's the one I like best.

I also like the Isopure drinks that are 40gr pro and no carbs.

TrueProtein is my favorite. You can add whatever you want into the mix. I use the cold-filtrated whey, and add in the premium flavors and that's it.

Ive had the Isopure drinks in the bottle b4 and they are good. Never tried Trueprotein, ill check it out.

TP is good...I got the banana and dutch choc and both are good...can't beat it either at under $10 a pound for top quality WI.

whats the best sweetener to use in the true protein mix? I dont know much about them.

best as in what? flavor or health wise? Premium sweetners taste great but have Aspartame i believe and sucralose. choc. banana and dutch choc. fudge are very tasty!

ummm good question mols. i guess healthy that taste good. I remember some thing about aspartame being bad for you? Was that true or was it just a scare tactic.

well it isnt great but it hasnt killed me yet. it tastes much better but if going for health just get the stevia as ur sweetener and dont choose a premium flavor! that or get plain and add your own stevia flavors at home
